Author signing in Davis: Katherine Longshore

BrazenGood morning all,

Saturday, June 7, The Avid Reader in Davis will be hosting a signing with young adult author Katherine Longshore, who is local to the area.  Her newest book, Brazen, will be out on June 12, but I imagine the bookstore will have early copies for those at the event.  Signing begins at 4pm, so mark your calendars!

Brazen focuses on Mary Howard, married to the illegitimate son of King Henry VIII.  Longshore’s previous novels are Gilt, which featured Kitty Tylney (friend of Catherine Howard, Henry VIII’s fifth wife) and Tarnish, which spotlighted the early court life of Anne Boleyn (Henry’s second wife).  Those who like historical novels will find much to enjoy in these books!
